These terms cover your use of the DGWLKR app and website, made by DJBOY LLC.

What DGWLKR is

DGWLKR is software. Dog walking businesses use it to schedule walks, keep client and pet information, send reports and get paid. The dog walking service itself is provided by the business you hire, not by DJBOY LLC. Prices, schedules, cancellation rules and service agreements are set by that business.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email or phone secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.

Payments

Payments made in the app go to the dog walking business through Stripe. Refunds and billing questions go to that business. Businesses using DGWLKR agree to Stripe's terms when they link a bank account.

Using the app fairly

Don't misuse the app, try to reach other people's information, or upload anything unlawful. We may close accounts that do.

No guarantee

We work hard to keep DGWLKR running and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, DJBOY LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: use the support form.
